Why there is a setup fee at all

Competitors advertise no setup cost, and it is a fair question. The $149 buys work that actually happens before you log in: connecting your accounts, running the first historical load so the dashboard has depth in week one, building your CRM instance, migrating an existing CRM if you have one, and standing up your landing page.

The alternative is a platform you sign into on day one and stare at, because nothing is connected. We would rather do the work and charge once for it than pretend it is free and leave you to it.

What you are not paying for

  • No contract. Month to month, cancel anytime.
  • No per-user charge. Add your whole team.
  • No charge to migrate off GoHighLevel or any other CRM.
  • No separate fee for the growth agent or the scorecard; they are in every plan.
  • No surprise invoice. Telephony usage is the only consumption item, and it is itemised.

In Every Plan

The Intelligence Layer Is Not an Upsell

Competitors gate the reporting to their top tier. We do not, because a plan without it is just posts you cannot grade.

Your growth agent

Connected to your CRM, your site, your phone and your social accounts. Ask it what produced last month's jobs, why quote volume rose while bookings fell, or what to run next, and it answers from your numbers rather than general advice.

The scorecard

Every source in one dashboard with the origin labelled on every row. Where a source is not connected, it shows a dash rather than a confident zero, because a zero you did not measure is a lie.

The plumbing

A full CRM, a landing page, missed-call follow-up and automated review requests. If you already run a CRM you can keep it; the agent reads whatever you already have.

Line by Line

The Three Plans Compared

Everything each plan includes, so you can check rather than infer. Where a row says unlimited, it means unlimited.

Add or drop add-ons monthly

Paid ad-spend ingestion is built and waiting on API access, so it is not yet a row in any plan. When it lands it will be included at every tier, not sold as an upgrade.

Step Two, If You Want It

Add-Ons, and What Each One Actually Does

Everything below sits on top of any plan. Add one, swap it for another, or drop it, month to month. Nothing here is required, and nothing is charged twice.

Produce and publish

The work that fills the calendar. Most of it is cut from one recorded session a month, so it costs you time once rather than every week.

Add-onWhat it does for youVolumeFee
Capture sessionA 75-minute recorded interview. You talk, we ask the questions. This one session is the raw material for almost everything else on this list, which is why it comes first.1 per month$195 / mo
Long-form piecesYour capture cut into a substantial piece: the in-depth answer a serious buyer reads before they call you, and the thing search engines and AI assistants quote from.2 per month$225 / mo
Reels and short videoShort clips cut from your captures and your job-site footage, captioned and sized per platform. This is the format that reaches people who have never heard of you.8 / 12 / 20 per month$140 · $195 · $295
Reels, archive sprintA one-off catch-up. If you have a year of footage sitting on a phone, this turns it into a backlog of scheduled posts in a single month.30 or 50, one-off$400 · $575

AI video explainersYour written articles turned into narrated video, so one piece of research reaches the people who read and the people who only watch.6 / 8 / 16 per month$155 · $195 · $350
Blog and newsletterA weekly post that also goes out to your list as a newsletter. The cheapest way to stay in front of past customers, who are the likeliest people to book you again.4 issues per month$250 / mo
Packaging and publishingCovers, captions, hooks and scheduling for every piece across every channel. Without this, content gets made and then sits in a folder.every piece, every channel$95 / mo
Engagement-to-conversion loopWhen someone comments or messages, they get answered and routed into your booking funnel instead of being left on read. This is where social stops being a vanity exercise.comment CTAs and DM routing$195 / mo

Account managementA standing call with us, fortnightly or weekly, plus the reporting that goes with it. Add this when you want someone accountable rather than a dashboard.bi-weekly / weekly$295 · $450

Reach, convert and measure

The work that makes the content find people, turn them into contacts, and prove which half of the spend worked.

Search foundation ($395) and review-engine setup ($150) are one-time and sit inside the one-off build rather than here. Planning, quality assurance, scheduling, no-repeat tracking, analytics and reporting run on every package at every level, and are never billed separately.

Step Three, If Picking Add-Ons Sounds Like Work

Or Skip All of It and Hand Us the Whole Thing

The programme bundles the platform, the production and the strategy into one flat monthly fee, at a discount to buying the same lines separately. You never log in, and Signal Pro is included at every level.

Questions

About the Money

Which should I actually pick?

If you want to see what is happening and get a steady trickle of content going out, take Core and leave it alone for three months. If you already know the number you need to hit this year, take Pro so the months get graded against it. If you have no hours and no marketing person, skip the plans and talk to us about the programme. And if you genuinely cannot tell, the $495 audit exists precisely to answer this.

Can I add and remove add-ons whenever I want?

Yes, month to month, without renegotiating the rest. The usual pattern is to start on a plan, run it for a quarter, then add the one or two things the scorecard says are missing rather than guessing up front.

Do you track paid ad spend, like Google and Meta ads?

Not yet inside the dashboard. The ingestion is built and waiting on API access, so it is on the roadmap rather than live today. Until it lands we pull spend from your accounts and reconcile it alongside the dashboard. We would rather say that plainly than show you a cost-per-job number that quietly excludes half your spend.

Other companies offer more blog posts for the same price. Why fewer?

Because we would rather be honest about what volume does. Eight thin blog posts a month rarely move a local business, and producing them at that price means nobody reviews them. We produce fewer, put a human editor on every one, and spend the rest of your money on the layer that tells you whether any of it worked. If raw post count is what you want, we are genuinely not the best value.

Am I locked in?

No. Plans and add-ons are month to month, cancel anytime. The $149 setup fee is one time and is not refunded. On the programme, the one-off build is charged once in month one and can be spread across the first three months if that suits your cash better.

Other platforms charge no setup fee. Why do you?

Because we do work before you ever log in, and we would rather charge for it once than bury it. The $149 covers connecting your accounts, loading your history so the dashboard is useful in week one, building your CRM instance, and migrating an existing CRM if you have one. A platform with no setup fee is usually one you sign into on day one to find nothing connected.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, up or down, and the change takes effect immediately. Most people start on Core, run it for a quarter, and then either add the one thing the scorecard says is missing or move to Pro because they now have a number they want to be held to.

Can I keep my own domain, site and CRM?

Yes to all three. The agent and the scorecard read whatever you already run. The included CRM instance and landing page are there for businesses that need them, not a condition of working with us. If you would rather move, migration is included.

How quickly is it useful?

Your history loads during setup, so the dashboard has depth in the first week rather than starting from zero. Grading against a plan needs one closed month before it can mark anything ahead or behind. Leading indicators start moving in two to three weeks, which is why we track them separately.

Start on a Plan. Add the Rest Later.

Most businesses are on Core within a week and adding their first extra by month three. If that is not obviously right for you, the audit will tell you what is.
